Abu Dhabi Government successfully implemented its comprehensive plans to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic, with its primary goal in 2020 to prioritise the health and quality of life of all members of Abu Dhabi’s community.

Abu Dhabi Government's efforts to successfully maintain low infection rates in the emirate, as well as the solidarity witnessed within the community, have been universally praised. Abu Dhabi ranked first in a list of the world’s 25 leading cities for their Covid-19 response, as ranked by London-based Deep Knowledge Group.
