Ghadan 21 was a AED50 billion accelerator programme launched in 2019. Envisioned and launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, then the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Ghadan 21 stimulated the emirate's development as a diverse centre of innovation in which businesses and people can thrive.

Ghadan 21 was implemented by the Abu Dhabi Executive Committee, led by His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office.
Ghadan 21 invested in initiatives that support and deliver the transformation of the emirate's economy, knowledge ecosystem and communities.
