Ghadan 21 was a AED50 billion accelerator programme launched in 2019. Envisioned and launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, then the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Ghadan 21 stimulated the emirate's development as a diverse centre of innovation in which businesses and people can thrive.
