Dr Andreas Jacobs is a Member of the Board of Jacobs Holding AG. From 2015 to 2024, he was Chairman of the Board of INSEAD.

Jacobs is also Chairman of Minibar AG (Switzerland), Chairman of Dr. Wolff Group (Germany), and President of Niantic Holding GmbH (Germany). He also sits on the boards of Dr. August Oetker KG (Germany), Louis Dreyfus Company Holdings (Netherlands), the Liechtenstein Family Trust III and the Hilti Family Trust (Liechtenstein).

In 2014, he co-founded and invested in German private equity fund GENUI Partner, where he also chairs several portfolio companies. From 2000 to 2019, Jacobs oversaw various Jacobs family investments in Switzerland, also serving as Chairman of Barry Callebaut AG, Jacobs Holding AG, Infront Sports & Media AG and Brach's Inc. (Chicago), as well as Vice Chairman of Adecco SA.

Jacobs holds a doctorate in European Competition Law from University of Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
