1st Place

Department of Health – Abu Dhabi
  • Raised early detection of several types of cancer to more than 80 per cent
  • Reduced national infant mortality rates from 6.8 per 1,000 births to 3.8 per 1,000 births in 2025
  • Achieved world-leading IVF success rates (at 56 per cent)

2nd Place

Abu Dhabi Police
  • Recognised for Abu Dhabi’s ranking as first on the world’s safest cities list in 2026, for the 10th consecutive year
  • Recorded a community confidence score of 100 per cent, with 98.7 per cent feeling safe
  • Reduced average emergency response times from 17.8 minutes in 2018 to 6.25 minutes in 2025
  • Mobilised more than 80,000 volunteers of 160 nationalities in its community-centred policing campaign We Are All Police

3rd Place

Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi
  • Grew visitor numbers, which reached 26 million in 2025
  • Increased tourism’s contribution to GDP
  • Registered new elements on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity
